In autologous therapy, cells are obtained from young, healthy and powerful donor horses. In this case, your horse would not be exposed to invasive actions. This therapy tends to be more beneficial as it is more affordable, can be provided in a shorter period of time and it might have a higher efficiency rate.

However, the safety and efficiency of both allogeneic and autologous Stem Cell treatments are very high and both therapies show similarly good results.
